BfN2024/121 NBH @ Night On-Call Safeguarding Manager – Closing Date 19/03/2024

Job Title: NBH @ Night On-Call Safeguarding Manager

Salary: A set retainer of £50 will be paid for nights when you are on call and hours necessarily worked during the night to respond to crisis situations will be paid at an hourly rate of £15.27.

Number of Posts: Number of Posts Variable, Minimum 7

Type of Contract: Fixed Term until 28/02/25

Start Date: 29th March 2024

Hours of Work: To be available between 9.30pm and 9.30am when on rota – 1 rota’d on-call night shift per week

Work Location: Remote

Responsible to: NBH @ Night Project Manager

Closing Date: Tuesday 19th March. Please note that we reserve the right to shortlist and interview before this deadline and may close the vacancy early

Proposed Interview Date: Ongoing and remote, all interviews will need to be completed by the 25th March for a start date of 29th March

Job Information: We are looking for internal candidates only with the competencies, availability and motivation to provide on call night-time safeguarding support to our new NBH@night team. Please provide detail of how you meet the person spec and criteria , what your previous experience is including your current and previous role(s) in BfN and any other relevant information. Please note that your existing line manager will need to confirm they agree that you have the capacity to take on this additional role, without impact or conflict with your current role.
